This Right-of-Way Division is responsible for maintenance of the city's right-of-ways, including streets and all other City-owned property. Responsibilities include pothole repair, storm sewer maintenance, curb and sidewalk repairs, striping of streets and crosswalks, traffic signal and streetlight maintenance, and snow removal operations.
The Division Supervisor is John Purnell, who reports directly to the Director of Public Improvements.
