The People & Technology Department supports the City of Covington through its focus on people, information, and technology. The department provides services and resources that strengthen the City's workforce, improve organizational decision-making, and support the technology and systems that keep City operations running effectively.
Through its Human Resources, Data Analytics, and Information Technology divisions, the department partners with City departments to develop people, leverage data, improve processes, and provide innovative technology solutions. Human Resources
The Human Resources Division supports the City’s workforce throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to professional development, benefits, employee relations, and performance management. The Data Analytics Division helps the City turn information into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making and improve organizational performance.
