This Division performs all of the business administration for the entire Public Improvements Department. One of the biggest tasks of this Division is taking all incoming calls and dispatching them to the appropriate Division to be addressed. This consolidated Customer Service Process ensures efficient turnover of all requests or responses to citizen concerns. All inquiries regarding services provided by the Department of Public Improvements should be directed to this Division.
Allison Donaldson is the Division Manager and reports directly into the Director of Public Improvements.
