Open Records Request Form
All records requests must be processed through the Covington Police Records Division. Using a completed form (found at the link above) will ensure that we have all the information needed to process our request, but it is not required. Please email completed forms to:
pdopenrecords@covingtonky.gov
Requests may also be received by mail, facsimile, or delivered in person. Please note that requests received by any means other than email may be delayed as a result.
The Covington Police Department may charge a reasonable fee depending on the size and purpose of your request.

You can expect a response to your request within five (5) business days.
