The Finance Department is responsible for ensuring financial integrity by directing, coordinating and monitoring all financial affairs of the City. The department provides financial information and accounting data to elected officials and all City departments that is used for the preparation of financial statements. Specific duties include general accounting, auditing, purchasing, payroll, collections, and budget development and monitoring. The Finance Department also serves as a pay center for all taxes and fees charged by the City.
