The Administration Department provides a broad scope of internal and external services to support both City employees and the general public.
The Department consists of an array of divisions and/or offices:
- Office of the City Manager
- Communications Division
- Human Resources Division
- Information Technology Division: IT is responsible for the computer-aided operations that support the City’s business and operations. IT oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware and software, network systems, and databases across the organization, as well as assist employees with daily technological challenges through its help desk.
- Analytics & Intelligence: The City employs a full-time manager who collects, aggregates, analyzes, and publishes data as a way to inspire and frame ongoing policy discussions and performance evaluations. Much of that information can be accessed via the COVDATA page.
