Marketing & Communications

The Marketing and Communications Division promotes the City of Covington and its uniquely diverse offerings within the region as a vibrant and desirable place to live, work, play and conduct business.

The Division’s main responsibilities include: public relations and promotions of the City’s projects and services; internal and external communications; general market strategy applied to delivering the municipalities’ core services to residents, businesses and visitors; and working with regional partners to help amplify the City’s messaging.

The Marketing and Communications Division promotes strategic, creative and innovative communications solutions that align with the City’s economic development efforts. It also builds integrity with all of our stakeholders and focuses on our assets in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.

The Marketing and Communications Division is responsible for management of the City’s website, social media platforms, media relationships, and executing the City’s marketing and communications strategy.
