COVINGTON, Ky. - The Mayor of the City of Covington declared an emergency today in the City due to the extensive flooding occurring as a result of excessive rainfall in the region.
Mayor Joseph U. Meyer made the declaration in conjunction with an Order of Kenton County Judge-Executive Kris A. Knochelmann declaring an emergency in Kenton County.
