COVINGTON, Ky. – The City of Covington is notifying property owners that a grace period is available for payment of their property taxes. Property owners will have until November 7, 2026, to pay their property taxes without incurring a penalty. 

The City encourages property owners to take advantage of the grace period and submit their payments before the November 7, 2026 deadline to avoid additional charges. 

For convenience, the City offers several ways to pay: 

• Online: Visit covingtonky.taxandrevenue.opengov.com. 

• By Mail: Send payment to P.O. Box 122655, Covington, KY 41012-2665. 

• By Phone: Call 859-292-2180 and select option 1. 

• In Person: Visit City Hall at 20 W. Pike St., Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

• After Hours: Use the payment drop box located outside City Hall, to the left of the main entrance.
