Getting to BLINK: Parking, TANK, and Rideshare Options

With thousands of visitors expected to experience BLINK in Covington Oct. 8–11, there are several convenient ways to get to the festival and explore everything Covington has to offer.

Whether you choose to park in a nearby garage, take public transportation, or use a rideshare service, planning your trip ahead of time can help make your BLINK experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Parking

Several parking garages are located just a short walk from the BLINK festival footprint, including:

  • River Center Parking Garage
  • Kenton County Parking Garage
  • Midtown Parking Garage
  • City Center/Hotel Covington Parking Garage

Visitors can make parking even easier by reserving a garage parking spot ahead of time through ParkWhiz. Reservations are currently available for the River Center and Midtown garages, allowing visitors to secure a space before arriving in Covington.

Visitors should also be aware that parking at meters located within the City's Entertainment Destination Center will be restricted from 5–11 p.m. each night of BLINK, Oct. 8–11

Residents and businesses that normally use metered parking within the Entertainment Destination Center should plan accordingly and make alternate parking arrangements during these hours.

The City appreciates the public's cooperation as we work to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for the thousands of visitors expected to attend BLINK.

Take TANK

TANK is a convenient option for visitors who want to reach Covington without having to navigate festival traffic or find parking.

TANK will offer a special BLINK Park & Ride service from Northern Kentucky University on Friday, Oct. 9, and Saturday, Oct. 10

Regular TANK routes will also operate throughout the festival, providing connections throughout Northern Kentucky and into Cincinnati.

Use Rideshare

Visitors can also use rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft to get to Covington and arrange a pickup after enjoying BLINK.

Because of street closures and heavy pedestrian traffic during the festival, rideshare drivers may not be able to access every area of the BLINK footprint. Drivers may need to pick up or drop off passengers at select locations outside of the busiest pedestrian areas.

Plan Your BLINK Experience

However you choose to get here, planning ahead can help you spend more time experiencing BLINK in Covington.
