COVINGTON, Ky. — The public will have an extended opportunity to share feedback with the Board of Commissioners regarding the Covington Police Department’s proposed contract with Axon. 

The Board of Commissioners will extend the public comment period during its Legislative Meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, at Covington City Hall, 20 W. Pike St. Those who wish to address the Board regarding the proposed contract will have up to five minutes per person to share their thoughts. 

The City wants to ensure residents’ voices are heard and that the public has an opportunity to provide additional feedback on the proposed contract. 

Those who are unable to attend the meeting in person or who would prefer to submit their comments in writing may do so in advance using the comment form here. Written comments submitted through the form will be provided to the Board of Commissioners for consideration.
