COVINGTON, Ky. —  Kenton County Public Works is partnering with the Kentucky Division of Waste Management to host a FREE three-day Waste Tire Collection Event for all Kentucky residents.

When:

Aug. 13 & 14: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Aug. 15: 8 a.m. – Noon

Where: 

KYTC Facility Lot (3923 Madison Pike, Covington 41017)

Accepted:

• Tires on or off the rim
• Car, truck, implement, tractor, and bicycle tires
• Call the number below if you have more than 100 tires to dispose of.

Not Accepted:

• Foam-filled or calcium-filled tires
• Off-the-road construction tires
• Rubber tracks
• Tires with a bead greater than 1¾ inches
• Tires from retailers, scrap/salvage yards or recycling businesses
