COVINGTON, Ky. – Covington City Hall will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026, in observance of Juneteenth.

Regular business hours will resume on Monday, June 22.

Juneteenth commemorates the emancipation of enslaved African Americans in the United States and serves as a time to reflect on the ongoing pursuit of equality and opportunity for all.

The City of Covington wishes everyone a safe and meaningful Juneteenth.
