COVINGTON, Ky. — Summer fun returns to Covington on Saturday, June 6, as Covington Parks and Recreation officially opens Randolph Pool and the Bill Cappel Splash Pad for the 2026 season.
Residents are invited to celebrate Opening Day with free family-friendly festivities and plenty of opportunities to cool off.
Opening Day Celebration Schedule
Both facilities will remain open until 6 p.m. on Opening Day and will continue operating daily from 12–6 p.m. throughout the summer season.
Admission is free for Covington residents. Visitors must provide proof of Covington residency and complete a pool pass application before using either facility.
The pool pass application is available here and can also be completed at Randolph Pool or the Bill Cappel Splash Pad.
