COVINGTON, Ky. — The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is offering a new professional training opportunity designed to help existing restaurants sharpen their operations, finances, and staffing strategies.
The Plate to Profit: Mastering Restaurant Operations, Finances & Staffing training series is a six-session, Zoom-based course created specifically for restaurant owners who want to strengthen their business from the inside out. Topics include day-to-day operations, financial management, human resources, and marketing best practices tailored to the unique challenges of the restaurant industry.
The series is led by Anne Shadle of Left Brain Solutions, who brings extensive experience working with food and hospitality businesses. The full six-session program is $200.
