Weekend Spotlight: Arcade Music Fest
Get ready for a brand-new music experience in the heart of downtown Covington! This Friday and Saturday (Aug. 8–9), Arcade Music Fest will take over the Central Business District with nearly 80 artists performing across eight genre-specific stages, immersive art installations, and more than 30 local vendors. Centered around the historic Arcade Tunnel, the event promises two nights of electrifying performances, local eats, and vibrant community energy.
THURSDAY 8/7/25
- 5-Year Anniversary Celebration at Revival Vintage Bottle Shop starting at 3 p.m.
- Wine Tasting Thursday at Crafts & Vines. 4 tastes for $12. Two seatings are available at 6 & 7:45 p.m.
- Wine Tasting at Ripple Wine Bar, the first Thursday of every month from 6 to 8 p.m., 4 pours for $20. Wine Cats Wine Club members taste free.
- Music Bingo on The Rooftop at Braxton Brewing Company at 7 p.m.
- Outdoor Movie Series presents: School of Rock, 7 p.m. at Covington Plaza. Get tickets here.
- Marty Connor Duo at Smoke Justis, 7 to 10 p.m.
- The Hippie House hits the stage for the second-to-last show of the 2025 Music@BCM concert series. Music starts at 7 p.m., doors open at 6 p.m.
- Drink & Draw at Knowledge Bar, 7 to 9 p.m.
- Disco Bingo at 7:30 and Karaoke at 9 p.m., with featured drinks for $6 at Galaxie.

SATURDAY 8/9/25
- The Covington Farmers Market, rain or shine, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Washington St.
- To mark a quarter century of its Backpacks Bonanza, Northern Ky. Harvest is giving away 50 backpacks for every year the project has been held – 1,250 backpacks in all, each stuffed with grade-appropriate school supplies, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Covington, parking lot, 9 a.m. to noon.
- IPA Fest at West Sixth Covington Haus, 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- Kenton County Public Library’s End of Summer Fest at Pioneer Park, 4 to 7 p.m.
- Sunset Rooftop DJ Sessions with Galaxie at Braxton Brewing Company at 7 p.m.
