A Special Meeting of the City of Covington Alcoholic Beverage Control Board will begin at 2:30PM at City Hall, 20 West Pike Street, Covington, Kentucky, on August 15th, 2023, for the purpose of a presentation by the City Administrator regarding a 2:30 a.m. permit.
