Park Spotlight: Licking River Greenway

The Licking River Greenway and Trails is an ambitious effort to create an urban greenway and trail system from the mouth of the Licking River south to I-275. It will connect the cities of Covington, Newport, Wilder and Taylor Mill via a system of nature trails, paved trails, and water trails. Covington was the first city to begin implementation of the trail. Covington's trail includes more than five mile multi-modal structure connecting the neighborhoods of Latonia, Wallace Woods, Austinburg, Eastside, and Historic Licking Riverside.
