Great American Cleanup April 26

COVINGTON - Keep Covington Beautiful, in partnership with the City of Covington and the Center for Great Neighborhoods, wants residents and civic associations to get prepared to participate in the Great American Cleanup on April 26, 2014 from 9am - 12pm, followed by an after party at Goebel Park in Mainstrasse with lunch served. This is an annual citywide event where large numbers of volunteers work to clean up the City and improve its aesthetics through activities such as litter pick-up, landscaping, planting, trimming, weeding and painting. Many volunteers work on projects that are coordinated through their neighborhood association or directly through Keep Covington Beautiful.
