A Lil' Run, Happy 7th & video golf

COVINGTON, Ky. - Let’s say you liked physical activity. Well then you could run with the Lil’s Bagel folks, swing dance BEFORE the Swing! production, do yoga with adoption dogs, or attend the mountain biking clinic.

Let’s say you like music. Well there’s all sorts of live music, plus a chamber choir/youth chorus show.

Let’s say you like alcohol and things related. There’s Wunderbar’s 7th birthday, a class on cocktails, a bottle release at Braxton’s, and a workshop on making wooden beer mugs.

And then there’s roller derby, trivia night, a video golf tournament etc. etc.

A Lil’ Run
Celebrate the return of Lil’s Bagels with a Lil’ Run (or a much longer one) along the Ohio River, as in 3 miles or 11 miles.

Just show up in those fancy running shoes at one of the two times early Saturday and join the bunch, then get a fancy bagel after. Hosted by the Roebling Runners. Oh, and the pace is reasonable.

Dog noses & yoga poses
Furgotten Dog Rescue is teaming with Braxton Brewing Co. for an event Sunday morning that includes yoga, beer, and adoptable dogs.

It might seem like three disparate interests, but it all seems to come together. Specifically, it’s a one-hour yoga class, a free “welcome brew,” and “cuddles, licks, and laughs” courtesy of the dogs.
