Tai Chi Classes

If you are looking for ways to reduce stress and increase balance, Tai Chi is for you! What is Tai Chi? Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that involves moving in a slow, graceful manner while focusing on deep breathing. This low impact activity is easy on the muscles and joints, making it safe for any fitness level.

Join the Covington Parks & Recreation Department for Senior Tai Chi classes! Classes are held on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Latonia Baptist Church, 3800 Church Street, Covington, KY 41011.

*Classes take place year round. No classes on the following holidays: January 15, February 19, May 28, September 3 and December 25. Inclement Weather Policy – Classes are cancelled when Kenton County schools are on delays or closed. Register on site with Bobbie Hughes, Tai Chi Instructor.
