A Special Meeting of the Covington Motor Vehicle Parking Authority will be held in person on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hellmann Creative Center, 321 West 12th Street, Covington, KY 41011 for the purpose of conducting a forum on parking in Mainstrasse Village.
