RFP - Transfer Station Operation and Management

Description

The City is requesting proposals related to the ongoing management and operation of its Solid Waste Transfer Station, located at 4397 Boron Drive, Covington KY 41015.  The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Contractors who are interested in purchasing or leasing the current Transfer Station, and who can maintain its ongoing operations in an efficient, clean and ethical manner.  This will include both the business operations of the facility (labor, equipment and materials necessary for business), and the transport of waste materials out of the facility.
