RFP - Development Proposals

Description

The City is inviting Proposals for the development of three vacant parcels at the following locations: 1122 John Street; 1323 Russell Street; and 2207 Madison Avenue.  The developments are intended to return long-time vacant property back to productive community assets.  The City seeks qualified Developers to acquire and develop the properties in a manner that has the greatest positive impact to the surrounding neighborhoods.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with  "SEALED DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL - DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL." Developers should also include the coordinating street address for which they are submitting a Proposal, on the outside of the envelope.

RESPONSES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY: 4:00 p.m., January 21st, 2020. Submissions received after this date and time will be considered non-responsive.
