Criminal Activity Alert System
The Criminal Activity Alert System alerts landlords when a police call is made regarding their property. Through collaboration with Kenton County Dispatch, landlords who have provided their email address to the City will be notified via email when the Police Department is called to their property, with some exceptions.
When you supply an email address on your rental license application you are automatically signed up to receive criminal activity alerts. To verify that you are signed up properly with the correct email address, please contact email@example.com with the email address you want used for the alerts and a list of your rental properties.
If an arrest does occur at a rental property, landlords may be subject to fines under § 92.10 of the City's Code of Ordinances.
In order to assist landlords in making informed decisions about potential tenants, the City compiles eviction notices from Kenton, Campbell, and Boone County Courts as a helpful resource. This list is updated on a weekly basis and provided via Google Drive.

Please note that this is a very large file, and therefore several file viewing options have been provided. The above link will direct the viewer to the main folder containing three different file options for viewing the information: a Google Sheets document (large green icon – clicking this will display the spreadsheet in your web browser. Please be patient as the file will take time to load), a Microsoft Excel file, and a PDF file. For the last two options, clicking on the file icon will download the file. You will need Microsoft Excel to view the Excel file, or Adobe Acrobat PDF viewer to view the PDF file.
Users are also encouraged to review Hamilton County Clerk of Courts for additional eviction information.
