Help Beautify Your Community with Keep Covington Beautiful and the Great American Cleanup on April 28, 2018

COVINGTON, KY - Keep Covington Beautiful is preparing for the Great American Cleanup, Covington's largest annual volunteer day of service, taking place on Saturday, April 28, 2018.

Each year the Great American Cleanup attracts nearly 1,000 volunteers working at more than 25 project sites across Covington. In previous years volunteers have picked up three tons of trash, planted nearly 80 trees, and spread a dozen truckloads of mulch on just this one Saturday morning!

There are three ways you can participate:
  1. Host a Great American Cleanup site: Have a space in mind that could use beautification? Register for the event as a group with a site. We'll provide gloves, bags, water, free tool rental and up to $250 towards your beautification project.
  2. Have volunteers that want to make a difference but aren't sure where? Register and we will contact you with site options. All volunteers get a t-shirt and free lunch at the after party!
  3. Sponsor one of Keep Covington Beautiful's 2018 programs: Your generous gift will go directly to our mission to engage and educate individuals to improve their community environment.
