COVINGTON, KY - Beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, September 16, Great Lakes Construction Company will be shutting down Western Avenue to through traffic to accommodate the Devou/Western retaining wall reparation project. Access for local traffic will be maintained at all times.
The closure will last 4-6 weeks and will be 24 hours a day for the duration. The contractors have placed signs up today along the impact area.
