Under Kentucky law, the Mayor appoints the members of these boards and commissions, subject to the approval of the City Commission. The various city boards and commissions, along with those citizens who serve on them, can be seen below.

MISSION

The purpose for the Northern Kentucky HOME Consortium is to improve the affordable housing opportunities for low-income and very low-income persons or families within the area encompassed by the Northern Kentucky HOME Consortium. This Consortium shall have one class of members and shall be composed of contiguous units of general local government (Cooperating Unit) within the cities of Bellevue, Covington, Dayton, Ludlow, and Newport. 

MEETINGS

Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm in the City of Covington's City Hall,  Roebling Conference Room (2nd Floor)        20 West Pike Street, Covington, KY 41011
